    August Burns & Heidi Broner, New American Realism At the T.W. Wood Gallery 46 Barre Street, Montpelier, VT October 31- December 23, 2017 The T. W. Wood Gallery at 46 Barre St in Montpelier, Vermont is pleased to announce the New American Realism exhibit of Vermont artists Heidi Broner August Burns. The exhibit runs from October 31 through December 22, with an opening reception on Thursday, November 2, from 5:00-7:00 pm. The reception is free and will offer an opportunity to meet the artists, purchase art and enjoy refreshments. There will be a Gallery Art Talk with the artists on Friday, December 1 at 6:00 pm. Broner and Burns’ will discuss their artwork followed by a time for discussion with the audience. . This show is one of the highlights of the Gallery this year and is not to be missed! .   3. Robin's Nest Nature Playgroup

    Running 11 weeks on Mondays, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (note change in time), starting September 18th and ending November 27th. This in an outdoor playgroup for parents, children, and children ages 0-5. Join us for 2 hours of spontaneous play, exploration, discovery, song, nature inspired art, and oral storytelling. This playgroup offers a community experience that models ways in which the natural environment can be used as a tool for child-led learning and play. Donations welcomed. *This playgroup is based entirely outdoors. Please be prepared with water, snack, and warm clothing that is suitable for getting wet and dirty!

  4. Cookie Decorating and a Visit with Santa

    Come to City Center on Saturday, December 2nd at 3:00 and decorate holiday cookies with Chef Kat and NECI students. Santa will be arriving at 3:30 to hear from all the children about their holiday wishes. Bring the whole family and enjoy some goodies and a visit with Santa.
