Vermont Natural Resources Council (VNRC) is honored to present the art of Linda Mirabile! Join us on Thursday, May 19th from 5-7:00 pm for an open house and artist reception at VNRC's Montpelier office. The Berlin-based Mirabile, whose artwork appears on some of VT's conservation license plates, has brought in a number of avian-inspired paintings for an exhibit that will run through the end of June. Painting in acrylic on both paper and wood panels, her larger-than-life portraits capture both the natural beauty and personality of some of our state's unique bird species. We look forward to opening our doors to supporters, partners and members of the general public as we celebrate a local artist whose work complements our mission to protect and enhance our natural environments and wildlife, vibrant communities, productive working landscapes, rural character and unique sense of place.
