What is Moonlight Magic?

It’s downtown Montpelier’s holiday glow-up. On Friday October 17th, shops stay open late, the lights feel extra sparkly, and the whole community comes together to celebrate the upcoming holiday season. Proudly sponsored by EastRise Credit Union.

Downtown stores will be serving up festive vibes, exclusive one-night-only discounts, and special treats. Perfect for getting a jump on your holiday shopping while supporting Montpelier’s amazing small businesses.

The Magic Lineup
  • 4:00-5:00 at  City Hall park: Performances
  • 6:00-6:30 at City Hall park: Performances
  • 4:00–8:00 PM throughout downtown: Enjoy outstanding local musicians performing all around town, filling the streets with live music all evening long.

So gather your friends, sip something warm, and soak up the sparkle. Moonlight Magic is your chance to shop small, start your holiday season early, and have fun in downtown Montpelier.
