Late Night Music:

Friday, March 6th

Ernest James Zydeco

8:30-10:30 PM
Charlie-O’s | 70 Main St, Downtown Montpelier
Free / Donation-Based

Ernest James Zydeco brings a deep-groove, genre-bending take on Louisiana zydeco—mixing tradition with blues, rock, and fearless experimentation driven by his accordion. Rooted in history but wide open sonically, his high-energy shows honor the music’s origins while pushing it somewhere bold, sweaty, and made for the dance floor.

Saturday, March 7th

Pointe Noir Cajun Band

8:00 - 10:30 PM
Hugo’s Bar & Grill | 44 Main St, Downtown Montpelier
Free / Donation-Based

Vermont’s own Pointe Noir delivers lively Cajun tunes rooted in the traditions of Southwest Louisiana, powered by accordion, fiddle, and a rhythm section built to keep dancers moving. Equal parts seasoned tradition and joyful discovery, their high-energy sets welcome everyone—no Cajun dance experience required, just a willingness to jump in and have fun.
