Taste of Montpelier Chef Demos

 

  • 9:00 am at the Capital City Farmers Market: Jesse Lawyer of Vermont Wild Kitchen hosts an Abenaki Cooking Demo. He'll start by shopping for ingredients at the Farmers Market followed by a cooking demo using products purchased from local farm products.   • 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm: Tim Azarian, co-owner of Wilaiwan's prepares and samples Wilaiwan's classic Thai street dish - Pak Kapow Moo (Demo held at Wilaiwan’s, 34 State Street)
     
  • 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm: Barr Hill Cocktail Class, Patrick Amice shows how to make Barr Hill's house made tonic syrup and what makes it taste so good. Patrick will also be sampling gin and tonics in the can. (located at the cocktail and beer garden on Langdon Street)
