  • 1:15 pm: Making cider donuts with Patrick Simone of Get Creative Culinary

  • 2:00 pm: Bruschetta Demo with Woodbelly Pizza Chef Freddy of Woodbelly Pizza will prepare a delicious Italian inspired tomato bruschetta with fresh, local ingredients and local breads. Woodbelly is a farm to table restaurant located in Downtown Montpelier. The restaurant grows, harvests, and procures the highest quality local and organic ingredients, and its catering menus include an extensive range of choices to ensure your guests will not leave hungry.
  • 3:00 pm: Tamale demo with High School student Diego Soria (State Street Demo Tent) Diego shows how to create the Aztec’s most delicious food right in your own home. Diego’s recipe has been passed down from his Great-Great grandmother's tamales — passed down for more than 60+ years in his family! His tamales are for sale as well.
  • 4:00 pm: Cocktail Class (demo located at the Barr Hill Cocktail Garden) Patrick Amice shows how to make Barr Hill's house made tonic syrup and what makes it taste so good. Patrick will also be sampling gin and tonics in the can. Barr Hill is located in Montpelier.
