Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release

Sunday Dec 15th 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
@ Blossom Wellness Center 7 Main St Montpelier VT

Yin Yoga is a passive form of yoga practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body (ligaments, joints, bones, cartilage, & the deep fascia networks of the body). In this unique yin workshop, students will participate in the down regulation of their nervous system while opening to the release of the physiological fascial networks, which are often a culprit of chronic tension in the body through contraction as we age. Working directly with fascial tissue through yin yoga will encourage the cells of our connective tissues to reorganize in a skillful and health-promoting way. Beginner friendly!
